Now Enemy Horse was originally an idea of mine, I think; to be a punk band playin’ OK-style war dance music, with kit, bass, guitar, and vocals only. I was hopin’ to have local singers pick up the axes, as groove and not instrument proficiency would be necessary. Ox was the one who came up w/ the name ‘Enemy Horse.’
So when I was asked to be head singer for the United San Antonio Pow Wow in Feb, 2012, I got a hold of John Hamilton, whom I’d been singin’ w/ while livin’ in OK the past three years or so. He’s a great singer out of Norman. He, his lady, and his bros came and helped me:
In the hotel room, I told them about the Enemy Horse idea. Just the name itself caught, so when we were offered a gig in early Sept., John said it would be good to use the name! The ‘gig’ in early Sept, 2012, is in Bandera. Here’s the details:

Needless to say, I’m glad John, Louis, Mike, Tania, and Galen came and sang w/ me in San Antonio this past Feb. We had a hell of a time!
